But, sadly, the pictures were a big disappointment as you will see later.

Today is the day for yet another award ceremony!
This is a competition called Learn@1°N Climate Herald which is organised by the Ministry of Education of Singapore.

We were asked to bring ties for the award ceremony yesterday.

Did I mention I woke up late today? I think I just did...LOL...

In fact, I was so late that I had to eat lunch takeaway. Went to Compass Point fast to buy Macs. Hee!

Then Met up with Keller and Qi Xiang to take a train to Buona Vista where the headquarters of the MOE building is located at.

Didn't did much in the train except that Qi Xiang keep asking me to play "Heart Attack", must be super addicted to MRT Heart Attack. XD
--
Ate lunch once I was out of the train and we walked to MOE Building. Turns out that we're earlier than Mr Goh(we're suppose to meet him there..)
--
Oh well, since Keller was thirsty, we headed towards the canteen to buy food.

Security in the building is very high which is a good thing. We have to register for passes with our identity card before we are allowed to the canteen.
--
Going in to the canteen, the prices there are quite shocking. Okay, not that bad but the staffs in the building are sure in for treat there.

They have different pricing for staffs and non-staffs(how come students are not staffs?...lol)

Keller and Qi Xiang bought fruit juices while I bought nothing, the pricing was too high.

After they drank finish, keller say he now very hungry(that fella...=.=)

We bought sweets because the pricing were too high for main courses. HAHA....
I bought Halls Sweets. :D

Then we walked back to lobby to wait for Mr Goh.

Keller called Mr Goh so many time(reasons unknown) that apparently Mr Goh was furious.

Then Mr Goh came, all right show's on. Putting on ties...
So we entered the venue half an hour late but it was alright because it was just about to start.

When we saw the timing for the events today, it was quite disappointing because we can only go home at around 5pm[GMT +8]. So depressing.

I bought a book to read, so did Keller and got scolded by Mr Goh because it was rude to read when someone is talking on the stage :p

Then Mr Goh said he needs to leave early so we take the trophy on his behalf and when I'm free, I give it to him so he can present it to our school principal
(it's school politics again.)

The proceedings of the events went faster than planned and the tea-break reception we supposed to have at 5pm, started at 3pm. WOW!

The food were nice though. Didn't come wasted.

That reminds me. The prizes are not good. I prefer the prizes from IDA.
Prize for second:
$450 TIMES vouchers, a bookshop that doesn't sell much in the first place..Grr..
Prize for merit:
$120 TIMES Vouchers.. Grr...

Not to mention the trophies that are not even presentable. I would be disgraced to show to others sia. OMG..IDA trophies are so much better than this, man!

Then we headed home by train. Keller was super sad case. He leaves the train earlier than us by one station. I was holding on to everybodies' certificates and he totally forgot about the certificate(maybe he was too disgraced to take it)
Anyway, I reminded him and he was at the train doors. Then the sound came, "Doors Closing..."

Oh wow, nice timing. He was deciding whether to skip a station and take the certificate from me or leave without the certificate. In the end, he didn't took the certificate. When the train was leaving the station, he was glaring at me. HAHAs....

Today is the day for NCHS's Infocomm Club celebration @MindsCafe.

We're suppose to meet at Dhouby Ghuat MRT station, Plaza Singapura Entrance before heading towards MindsCafe.

Then sometime in the afternoon, Kai Yuan asked on MSN whether to meet at Compass Point first or not. I was like, SURE! Haha, better than alone in a MRT. DOTS!

Then Keller called me to ask me the same question. However, later we changed the plan a little. We decided to meet a t my house ground floor first. A bit ironic right? We're suppose to meet at Dhouby Ghaut MRT station yet we're meeting at Compass Point before that and my house before that. And finally, meeting Mr Goh at MindsCafe. How many checkpoints are there? LOL. HAHA.

I had to bring my younger sister to school first. I skipped lunch since lunch will be provided at Mindscafe, it's a cafe after all -,-

So Keller and I met downstairs and started waiting towards Compass Point. For those who do not know about Compass Point, it is a shopping mall next to Sengkang MRT station.

During the journey to Compass Point, Qi Xiang called. He was asking when we reaching Compass Point. I thought he was very early and had reached Compass Point. Then it turns out that he barely reached there yet. Zzz..he was just confirming the location....=.=

Keller then told me of how Qi Xiang actually can forget that today is the celebration for Infocomm Club. Seriously, he is really a boy who gets confused easily.
Worse, he thought today is his class outing which is occurring tomorrow. DOTS.....

No comments on him. HAHA..

We met at Compass Point. Some of our juniors are already there. Kai Yuan have not came though.
And i thought he would be amongst the first.....

Oh well, when Kai Yuan arrived, we still have not entered the train.. Apparently, pei yu have not arrived yet. In the end, we moved on without her.

Reaching Dhouby Ghuat is the problem, it's when we're walking towards Mindscafe. We got lost, and I led them the wrong way. HAHA...opps!

We couldn't find the Mac House which was a sure sign we went the wrong way. HAHA, so we detoured and the girls were complaining. SAINZ...haha...

I thought we're going to be late and Mr Goh would be scolding us. So when we found that we're earlier than Mr Goh, I was like showing a shocked face. HAHA..

Played several boardgames. Such as "Silkroad","Dogville", "Settlers of Canan".

Really had a fun time there.

Not to mention the delicious food there. HAHA
I had lots of Ice Lemon Tea and Minds Chicken Platter. Mmm!

And the loo was filled with funny posters. HAHA...

Times passes very fast when you have fun and it was soon to leave that place. We took a picture of all of us together and it's currently at Keller's hand(he's a slowpoke -,-) and have not passed to us that picture.

When we came out of the cafe, it was raining. I didn't bring umbrella. What luck!
Keller and Qi Xiang didn't either. HA....

Kai Yuan share umbrella with me and Zi Ying. So kind! Thanks alot man!

Keller and Qi Xiang took newspaper which some of our juniors(wasn't sure who) passed to them and they used it as shelter. Very funny sia, they two.

Call themselves trible science when simple logic demands that paper gets torn when wet. They make a mess of everywhere with pieces of newspaper dropping to the floor. They even threw a large piece of newspaper to the floor. Open littering. =.=

Nope, I don't know them :p

In the end, they went under one of our Junior's umbrella too.

Then we reached the MRT station. HAHA..we were very bored in the MRT station so you know what we did?

Hee, the MRT train had a pole for us to hold for support. Then I suggested playing Heart Attack on the pole since the middle of the pole allow us to put our hand in suspense, and allowing us to play.

A lot of people say I crazy because no one played Heart Attack on a MRT train before, didn't look possible. Still, everybody played. HAHA!

It was fun, but we made a lot of noises so I end the game after two rounds to calm everyone. Qi Xiang got addicted to the game, but I prevented him from starting another round to not get disapproving looks from the public.

When we reached Sengkang, it was still raining. I walked back home without umbrella, all wet. But I reached home so I changed to dry clothes immediately :p.

Woke up very late today, I think around 11am[GMT +8]. Must have played too late yesterday. Ha-hahs.

Well, today is my younger bro's b'day and I didn't remember until my mother called and told me to pass her my younger brother's milk bottle to school.

My younger brother's school was having classes. It is a pretty small school and they were celebrating my younger brother's birthday when I entered. Then I remembered. Ohhh...

Well, in the end, I didn't exactly wished him a "happy birthday". Wasn't given the opportunity, I guess.

Well since, our family have to celebrate my younger brother's birthday, I can't really go for her chalet right? Haiz....that is because I fell sort of guilty for actually forgetting my younger brother's birthday despite his good dates in his birthday. 11/11 for day and month. Hownice is that?

I heard that such number have a special meaning but I had not really go very in-depth of what it means. can someone give me a link to the hidden meaning of 11/11? Many thanks!

We had cake which is expected for a birthday, right? It has cream and chocolate. Mmm..delicious. HAHA..

Sorry for not showing you any pictures of the birthday celebration becuase my mother is currently holding on to them so I can't upload to the net.

Right today, I went for Ponti's chalet. Apparently, it's her b'day(didn't knew til I reached there..lol)

Right, where was I?

Oh, yes. Today was super busy. I woke up late which is around 11am[GMT +8].

My younger brother's school has ended. My mother is cooking my younger brother's lunch so she does not have the time to fetch him. So I went. My sister know the way so she tagged along.

Did I mention it was raining? Guess I did not. :p

Took me sometime to find my younger's brother's school since my sis brought to the wrong place. =.=

Well, wasn't really that late anyway. Hahas...

Oh, and I forgot that I have to help my father with the renovation. Haiz....so after my mother came with the noodles(me bro's lunch), we headed towards our under construction home.

And, god! It was raining. My sis already got fully wet(even when we have umbrellas.-,-)
Don't look at me, not my fault, she keep playing and want to get out of the umbrella's cover.

And the pavements were flooded. My younger brother likes playing with the water puddles that are present t the pavements and he keep stamping on them, splashing water everywhere.

He was wearing raincoat and yet his pants were wet because of the water being splashed into the pants. LOL. Then when we are walking, his pants keep dropping.

I brought my PSP along and was worried that it would get wet. Under maximum protection due to it playing music, I want to listen when walking.

We reached our new home and for the second time, I glanced at my future home. But I did not have the chance to fully observe, as usual, as my sister's school is about to start. Have to bring her for lunch and bring her to school.

So my sis and I parted with the rest of our family members. We headed towards Macs. Had MacChicken for lunch. We rushed back home because my sis's clothes are wet, had to go home and change.

Thus, she's late for school, by 3minutes. HAHAs. Hey it's better when my mother brings her to school, ok? She's normally late by 15+minutes, so this is an serious improvement. I think the teacher is glad that I took over bringing my sis to school. HAHAs.

After that, I thought I really finally get peace and can start preparing for the chalet when during 3+pm[GMT +8], my father called.
He forgot today the basins were coming to the new house. I have to rush to the new house to supervise the shipment and sign.
And so, my fourth time entering my new home. Didn't have time to observe either, had to rush back home to prepare for the chalet.

Reaching Downtown East, I sort of lost my way to find the chalet. I didn't knew it was in NTUC area and went to search the DownTown East Chalets, no to mention all with lots number 2000 and above.

Ponti's chalet lot was 1619 and I was getting confused.

AND!

NTUC entrance very extreme misleading, there writes entrance fees. I was like WTF!?

In the end, I enter without paying money, reasons unknown. LOL!

I was late to arrive. sigh, I'm that late.....

When I enter, I almost didn't recognise Ponti's face, thank god she recognised me. HAHA.

Can you believe it? They took 2 hours plus to start a fire for BBQ. LOL! Okay, it's pretty average but later i say it must be because of those wearing black that absorb all the heat and prevent a fire from starting.

Lai Yin and Chris so loving! Cannot talk much about it though(sad right?). One, later, I get killed, two, they're not my business anyway. Best let them advance at nature's course :p

I'm so evil....lol

Alot of people brought PSP(me too). Though most of us went playing black jack. Eugene, darren and ponti's dad went BBQing the food(and started eating them too.haha)

Jaytii brought PS2, don't know what for because she brogh only one controller, totally spoil the fun of bringing a console. Haiz....
She should learn from us, the 6/5-ers. HAHAs

Her parents ask me to tag along with her during the trip home and she needs to be home by 10:30pm[GMT +8]

WTH!?

Things were just getting warmed up here. SIANZ!!!

We took bus to the bus stop, nearby her house then her parents will fetch her.
I left early because the situation was too awkward.

Phew! Okay this is going to be one super long post because I have not blogged for so many days. HAH.

I have been busy lately, hardly played any games(except PSP, Opps?)

Sheesh, let me slowly talk about what have happened for the past few days? Pretty please...?(lol)


Right, first on the list. NICA Awards...Onwards!

N.I.C.A. Awards (National Infocomm Club Awards) -- Singapore
This fall on 3/11/2008.

Zi Ying, Jian Zhong, Mr Goh and I met at sengkang MRT station first as Mr Goh have a lot of things to carry for the presentation for the Awards ceremony which will be located at HarbourFront, DragonFly@St.James Power Station.

Haha, to be frank, I didn't knew Zi Ying would be meeting us at Sengkang MRT station. So I was kind of shocked to see her(she being first among the three, I earliest)

While waiting for them, I saw ponti at the exit/entrance of the MRT station. So this where she goes before going to school.
Anyway she was waiting for Angeline, that part I know long ago already. :p

I reached the MRT station too early, nothing to do, so I went to get the "Today" Papers. The "mypaper" have long queue and that distributor have not even came yet. Wow! So popular. Sadly, I am weak at Chinese so I did not take that newspaper.

Mr Goh was the last, guess the amount of stuff he was carrying slowed his movement speed. Haha..

BTW, we're headed towards the HarbourFront, and apparently it was peak hours when we entered the MRT station. When we boarded the train heading towards HarbourFront, the train was flooded. We have to stand, some more we carrying laptops and projectors. Zi Ying was the luckiest, nothing to carry, I think that is because she is a girl. Then again, may be pure luck. LOL

So there we are, Mr Goh, Jian Zhong, and I reading newspaper while standing and carrying stuffs though we later place it on the floor but reading while standing was WAY awkward.

When we reached like two stops away, we can finally sit down because there are available seat at last. But I don't see the point of sitting when the journey is almost over. :p

Oh well.

At the exit of the MRT station, we met with the juniors. I kind of pity them, have to suffer with us. LOL...another day of holiday wasted :p....

Keller have not come yet, must be late. I called him. His father is taking him directly to the venue of the award ceremony. Okay, fine. If he's late, he's dead :p.

Mr Goh asked if any of us are hungry, I think he is. LOL....
Well since we're relatively early, we split, those have not eat breakfast follows Mr Goh to eat while the rest of us head towards the venue to set up our booth.

Finding that venue is quite easy since Keller and I went there before for the award ceremony rehearsal.

In the end, we won second and Student's Choice Awar

Yep, as the saying goes, a picture speak a thousand word. (and I lazy to type everything)

Today is open house for my school, Nan Chiau High School!

I actually didn't intend to come at all but on that day, I woke up earlier than planned(planned to wake up at 10am)

Zzzz....Since I got nothing to do, so I went to help out at the Open House. Haha! So flexible right?(Excuses..Excuses...:p)

Hee hee, right where was I?

Well, though I woke up earlier than usual, I'm actually was late for the Open House. When I reached there, the booth for our CCA is already set up.(opps?)

Didn't really help much. This is because my real purpose was not to help out but finalize the details for the fliers for the coming awards ceremony(NICA)

Yep, so we, Keller, Qi Xiang, and I, end up printing the fliers and the posters. Then we went home at around 1pm. By then everybody had went home. Dots!

Anyway, that Jaytii was very lame today. I was in the lab printing on the fliers then came a knock on the lab doors. I turned my head....

I see jaytii, she montioning to me to come out. I went out throught the back door(front door was locked)

I was wondering why couldn't she just come in and talk to me *Roll eyes*

Anyhow, I went out and asked her what's the matter. She said, "Just wanted to say hi to you"

Then came a breeze of wind and my lamed face =.=|||
She dare to laugh.......grr.....

And thus started me getting lamed whenever she knocks on the lab door(repeatedly)

Anyway, as I was going to go home, I met Jaytii and started to talking. I was asking her where she was eating lunch since I do no know whether the canteen was open(and I was hungry....)

As we are walking down the stairs, we saw cynthia. I waved to her. She replied me with a frustrated shout/cry/scream? No idea. But is 100% vocal(& real -,-), not me suffering from mental illness(lol!)

I was like, "Do you have to give this kind of reaction? What the heck? I simply waved to you...." -.-

Anyway, later(very later) I asked her why she got that kind of reaction when I waved, she said she was too exhausted because the school called her CCA to re-order the tables that was moved for the open house(which is alot of tables, apparently)

I sorta half-believed. Actually, I'm kinda confused, too exhausted to wave back? That's a first(wow!..lol) Oh well, let's dwell on that. ;)

Don't know whether to look forward to NICA Ceremony or not. LOL

AH! My clock's battery went flat, I super oversleep. Woke up at 7:20AM, today's school start at 8am. I was almost late for school. Reached school at around 8am, thank god teacher have not come yet. XD

Saw Kun Xian riding a bike as I walked to school. It rained this morning so I was using that sucky rainbow umbrella(still can't find my favourite umbrella)

Today, we will shifting our classroom position to 4D because we have been promoted. Woot!
However, this morning, we found that their classroom is....in a much worse state than ours. -,- LOL! And I thought our class was super dirty :p. Don't worry, we clean up that classroom abit too!

First Period was Maths lesson. During her lesson, I realised that I forgot to bring foolscap paper again! OMG....i gonna owe cynthia and bao lin alot of foolscap if this carries on......

Anyway, Mrs Sim very kind today, she brought two big packets of tibits. Whoever gets correct for her questions will get one packet. I got two packets :p - one potato chips and the other cheese rings.

Then it was geography lessons - no more Mr Han! YAY!

LOL, we went to the meeting room for lecture like those in JC. So fun!

Then the Mr Quek so funny. LOL! He sets rule like:

1. Stop me if I'm talking greek(lol?)
2. Enjoy yourselves
3. Pay me if you enjoyed the show(LOL!?)
   

Can be fun if he's our teacher...lol

I ate one during recess becuase I was super hungry(even though I ate a big loaf of bread for breakfast.)

Bao Lin saw my Cheese rings, she wanted it so i suggested a switch since i prefer potato chips. Mmm! Anyway, Bao Lin promised that the switch wil lbe fair. That's when cynthia snatched my packet. LOL! Well, she's kind of right when say she did not promise me that she will not take, then again...=.=

Did I mention I was hungry? Arh........

After recess was Combined Humanities. We went to lab 4 for project. We need to do a presentation about Conflicts. It is pair work. I pair with Wei Siang. We sabo(or rather i started it :p) chris and lai yin together. HAHA. So long didn't do it, so should continue since he has been sabo-ing me alot recently :p

Then it was Physics. Mr Goh taught about reflection and refraction of waves. Then he moved on to SPA briefing. When he talking about the challenges, he all of sudden(maybe not, wasn't really listening....sorry!) talked about BGR - boy-girl relationship.

I was like, "what!?" because I did not understand how that is related to physics. He point to the word relationship. I pretend to understand(which mean I still don't now...lol!!!)

Jaytii commented that I was slow when it comes to non-geek jokes. I was like ..lol!

Maybe I am, haha. I think it is because I wasn't really listening, thinking of when the class end so I can go meet Johnston! LOL!!!

The class ended at 12:43pm. Super late? Yeah!

Called Johnston's house straight away. Emelia picked up. Johnston has left the house. So early..holy cow!
Called Johnston's HP. He is already at Bugis...ok......

As I was calling, Cynthia and Bao Lin was like slowly walking down the staircase. They played too much hopscotch yesterday, now leg hurts.LOL...no comments. HAHA. I use the umbrella to make cynthia walk down the staircase. LOL

Then I rushed home and changed. And I rushed to bugis...lol

Johnston has already spent one hour in Bugis. Wa pain...he slept in bugis for the first hlaf an hour(OMG!) in some staircase..LOL...feel so sorry for him, should have came earlier though I knew it was impossible.

He even completed reading a book in the next half an hour. OMG.. Was I that late? LOL

Man, I'm hungry. Bet Johnston is too. So we went for lunch. We chose KFC. Ate Zinger and was like talking about the game, "BoxHead" So long have not played that game le. HAHs

After that we went to check out the LAN at Bugis. Then we get our shock of our lives(okay, not that serious), so Johnston suggested going to Tampines to play then go Tampines Mall to watch movie. So I have to inform the rest. Marcus was arriving so we waited for him.

That's when Johnston and I go high..LOL

We were talking about Marcus not able to see us then try to contact us by handphone. Then his phone no signal(lol!). Then Johnston say after got signal then no battery. LOL. After charge back phone then HI!card no more value. HAHs....so funny.

When Marcus arrive, we told him our joke. He commented we're very high, as if we took drugs. Then Johnston and I replied that KFC contains drugs so we high. LOL!
We went without keller since he so slow. HAHs

Went to play DOTA since that is the only game that is available there, so sad...

Then it was movie time. Marcus flagged a taxi for us. So kind!
The cinema is flooded since today is the opening of the movie, "High School Musical 3" which is the movie we're watching. Johnston's sis, emelia is joining us later so we went to buy tickets.

Halfway, I called keller to ask whether to he is coming to watch movie. He said he can't make it(kind of expected) so we bought 4 tickets.

Then we went for dinner! We all ate beef noodles. So co-ordinated right? Actually, we lazy to queue up, i think.HAHAs..
Johnston and I share a beef noodles bowl since Johnston don't want to eat so much for dinner(he saving up for movie where he can eat lots..lols!)

Johnston keep calling his sis since it was getting late and we're worried that his sis might not make it in time. The movie starts at 7pm. That time was 6:48pm.

After dinner, we went to buy popcorns and nachos for the movie. Then when we all have our hands full, Marcus holding his popcorn compo set; Johnston holding Two popcorn stored in pumpkins and nachos; me holding three large coke drinks, then Emelia called. LOL....took us some time to pick up her call.

Then she said she's here
WOOT! Everyone's here.

Then we go and watch.

Marcus was super funny larx! He finished half of the popcorn before the movie even started.. LOL..I was the last to finish the popcorns but Johnston slowest in finishing the drink. HAHAs..

High School Musical 3 was okay, got alot of funny things. HAHA, can't spoil things for you, go watch yourself!(partly because I lazy to type about it :p)

After the movie, Marcus went to the food court to buy food for his bro. We said goodbyes and Emelia, Johnston and I went to Popular because Emelia wanted to buy materials for her D&T project.

After that we went home, through MRT.

On the way, she was like saying:

Leroy: I feel like I'm shopping here for some reason
Johnston: haha, I don't like shopping. Anyway I bought something(show the material that emelia boght)
Emelia: I like shopping.
Leroy: Well, it is normal for us(point at Johnston and me) to not like shopping

Leroy: Must be a rare species already, endangered
