Secret War Journal[31 October 2010]
Rather pissed now.

Just spend the entire afternoon and night, and early morning to InR.

Now have minor bleeding at the forehead, hand pain and blurring of vision. Seirously WTF.
(and I taste blood at my throat too, must be due to spamming of vulgarities.)

Still have many things that needs to be done by this week. All thanks to InR, I'm rushing like some mad cow for the other assignments. Who InR think it is? Demanding that we allocate full-time to you. !@#$

Anyway, A Levels Chinese is coming(P.S: I typing without looking at the screen because I can't see the words already, vision blurring. So sorry if I mis-type anything. O.o). I guess my mood this weekend is rather bad is because of that. I really hate that subject.

Random, but I now have headache too. !@#$ Stupid InR..

Anyway, I think due to the fact that Chinese is on tis coming Monday, simple things can make me mad. I mean InR is supposedly the easiest component of PW yet I'm losing my anger over it even though the rest I did not. Screw Chinese. Screw PW. Screw it. Screw him. Screw her. Screw you. Screw me. Screw everyone.

Did I mention I'm in a bad mood? Probably not. Don't expect me to be in any better mood because it has been rising since yesterday and has not resided.

I suck at OP. Oh by the way, if you have no clue what is PW, InR, and OP, just ignore this freaking post. I'm not in a mood to explain it. It would take the best of one's mood to describe it and it would totally kill that joyful mood. So I guess you get the rough idea.

Hardly practised for  OP so far, and it's coming the week after Chinese. Why is Chinese placed in the middle of nowhere? Why is Chinese even tested? No freaking clue.

I never revise for Chinese. Not that I care but I try to revise tomorrow though it's very unlikely now since InR just ruined my weekend. (Gee, thanks)
I don't know but either it's the school's fault for 'making' us work on PW full-time or the ministry's fault for putting Chinese before OP. Madness. I doubt those people up there (no, not heaven silly, not that high up) even care if we suffer. They're not affected anyway, they still get paid. Life goes on.

Meanwhile, we suffer. No one cares. No one ever did. !@#$

Unto this world, shall there be darkness.
When we were first born, there was darkness.
Trapped in a unknown land, our first emotion was fear.
Saved by our mother who brought life, explaining why our bond is so strong.
For when we were born, there was only darkness and fear.

Rivieria: The Promised Land

Secret War Journal[24 October 2010]
Before I begin, let's sidetrack abit. This week can be described in one word, PW. Life's a misery right now. I can't wait for OP to be over and forget such a subject actually exist. Seriously.

Anyway, I got bored and made a pun from a physics formula. ^^

Ok, to get some part of life back before school totally rob them all. I started playing a GBA game(I know it's old but it's fun!) called Riviera: The Promised Land

It's a RPG game similar to Final Fantasy. What attracted me to the game is the 'Overdrive' combat system. :)

You play as Ein, the Grim Angel which is the male in the picture. You will try to save the world with the help of your friends. (Note, I cut the storyline by a lot so if it sounds boring, it's not!)

I like Fia, the green hair girl in the picture. But you know what's the sad thing. My GBA never show the special Fia ending! Ahhhhh! Why are they so evil to me!

Supposedly, you get the special ending when she's the closest to you among your friends. I know Fia is in my game because when you fight the final boss, he will kill the girl closest to you. So why didn't I get the special ending?! Ahhh!! (Sorry, I'm just crazily wondering why my efforts was rewarded. LOL)

I went to youtube to look for the video since I didn't get it. *Grumble*

I realise after the video that the Fia ending was one of the hardest to get. But Fia was the closest to Ein! Why! T.T

In the video above, Ein stay behind with Fia in the village and live happily ever after. My GBA ending shown to me was that Ein returned to Asgard. Nooo! Totally different! T.T
The closest to the video would be Fia blushing when talking about Ein. Ahhhh, wasted. XD

Nevermind, I thrashed the final boss in three rounds. Mwuhaha, half-lived him in the first turn. That's for Fia! ROFL.
Wonder why my friend couldn't even defeat the third final boss then, he kept re-trying while I won that guy at the first try. ^^

The game is weird in the sense that I can't tell whether the character is a male or female. I thought Ledah, another grim angel was a female when he's a male. =.=

Then malice looked like a male but she's a female. What the...

Finally, the final boss is even worse, it's a male and a female merged together so I have not idea what gender it is. It has a male voice but have long hair so what gender is it?! *Going crazy*

Ok, before you people say Leroy is crazy, I better end off this post.

What if I'm crazy?
You're wrong.
I'm not crazy? ^^
You're wrong about the 'if' part.
=.=|||

Secret War Journal[16 October 2010]
JC PROMOS
It's been some time since I talked about exams so I guess it is a suitable time to talk about one of the most critical examination in JC, apart from the dreaded A Levels of course.

Without further ado, let's discuss about my results first.
  • General Papers(GP) AKA English -- 55 (C)
  • Chinese, Mother Tongue Language -- 52 (D)
  • Chemistry -- 58.5 (C)
  • Economics -- 42.3 (S)
  • Physics -- 71 (A)
  • Mathematics -- 90 (A)
At the last day of Promos, I was sort of 'lectured' by Mr Goh which I sort of deserved because I did not have the motivation to study for Promos at all. As the above picture suggested, I think Promos robs students of social life and I sorta went to rebel against that notion and slacked during Promos. So I sort of deserve the poor results, I guess. But I must THANK GOD because I felt so sure I was going to fail Chemistry when the paper ended. Without God's help, I would had failed GP and Chemistry.

After Promos ended, I was primarily worried for my GP, Chemistry and Economics (as always). Though Econs I still failed in the end bcause it's a sub-pass, at least it wasn't a complete fail which would be ungraded.

Chemistry was difficult because there really wasn't enough time to finish the paper and my brain got cooked by mircowaves in 0.3 seconds when I saw the word "solubility" and my brain just melted on the spot. I could not even attempt another question after I saw that word. Haiz...

Physics was actually the first paper I got back and I was relieved that I secured an A because it was one of two paper I had confidence in. It made me slightly hopeful though it was a bit sad it was a borderline A. O.o

Mathematics was sort of well, I'm slightly disappointed with myself because I was hoping for a full marks. Hahas, arrogant me. Actually, it is partly because it was the paper that I had the most confidence on. I guess when you have too high expectations, it is easier for you to get disappointed.

So of great concern now is no longer about retaining but whether to drop Economics. It's a painful decision. I think my father hinted that I should not drop today when I told him that my Economics fared the worst. I am also worried if I decide to continue as a H2 Economics, would the struggle be for naught? So many insecurities, so little answers. If only I knew....

You know what is sad about my life? I had not officially had a post-promos fun activity yet. It's so sad. Everyone's busy even after exams because PW are coming at us at full speed ahead.

This is probably the first time I am doing school work right after examinations. It's totally insane.
I feel so sad, someone please cheer me up now. This instance! Anyway, never-mind because by tomorrow, I will be normal again. XD
(Updated on 18 Oct: I was wrong, got into a worse mood. =.=)

Yesterday, I went back to my secondary school to help out for juniors since their O levels are about to start in 1 weeks' time? Met Leroy, Yiting, Keller, Ian, CaiFeng, Wufong, and many others. Yeah, it was fun to be back there.

Apart from this, hardly anything significant happened after Promos.....

Sometimes, we just want you to be happy even if we don't like the outcome.

Secret War Journal[June 2010][Long Post]
Hey, some forepost here. June Holidays is almost over. So this is really going to be a long post(hence going to take a really long time to finish this). Perhaps the longest post ever. Maybe not. Hahas! As the title goes, this holiday, I bought lots of things. ^^

Motorola DEXT
MOTOROLA DEXTYep! First up, I got a new phone and yes. Rather shockingly, it's a Motorola. It's been eons since it produced a noteworthy phone and when they started to produce smartphones, I'm such a kind soul to support them. ;)

It's not bad though it's pretty reliant on internet usage since its the phone with 'socialising skills'. Hee!

Full Tech Specs here

Since I got the phone, I've been spamming. Now I wonder would the keyboard there break....Well, I hope not. Hahas!

P.S: First month: 1.4k SMSes. Did I spam too much? Hahas!

Laptop -- Inspiron 14R
I bought it early this holiday so right now I'm not right sure of the technical specs anymore. I mean hell, I'm not even sure if the model name is even correct! Hahas!

Well, it's best suited for surfting the net but I realise it is installed with Microsoft Office 2007. Not only that, it comes with the installation disc. Woots! Maybe I should install on my desktop when the beta for Microsoft Office 2010 ends this October. :)

With this laptop, I don't need an external hard disk for my backups anymore. Hahas! I just need to sync the laptop with my desktop work documents. Woots! Now there is lesser consequences when my desktop dies. ^^

However, this laptop is largely for my step-mum. Hee, I want to get a more heavy duty laptop for my gaming, and to replace my desktop of course (but only when it dies. :)

Karate Kid, 4D Class Outing
Ah, a Class Outing for the June Holidays just completes the Holidays experience. Hahas!

This time, we went to watch a movie called "Karate Kid".  The main character is cast by Will Smith's Son, Jaden Smith. Jackie Chan looks very old in this movie, maybe time has caught up to him? Hmm... but I think is just the movie because his character is supposed to be sort of depressed and introverted, I guess. :O

Overall, the movie was okay, not really nice nor bad. Just okay. I like the part where Jaden Smith goes with Jackie Chan to drink some sacred water before he could begin his training. That part was fun and cool.;)

It's great to meet classmates again. We will complain about how JC life is tough, how we miss each other and of course, arguing whether JC or Poly is more tough. Hahas! But I think slowly, by slowly, everyone is adapting to our new school. :) At least, that's what I believe anyway. Hahas!

This time is a bit special, I think. We met straight away at Plaza Singapura instead of Compass Point. I felt a bit weird going towards there alone to watch a moive. In the past, I don't like to go to Plaza Singapura alone because of the confusing exits from the MRT Station. (They still are confusing, but I'm getting better okay? Hahas!)

So basically, class outing was for us to catch up with each other, as always. Hahas!

Infocomm Graduation Day 2010
No, don't get the wrong idea, I had already graduated from Infocomm Club last year. ;)
This picture above was taken near the venue. ;)

Before I begin, I'm sure you people must be wondering. If you had already graduated, where are you attending this ceremony then? Well, for starters, we love Infocomm Club! Hahas. Secondly, the Club is using our prize money that we won during our service to Infocomm Club. During the ceremony, Mr Goh even showed us a financial report of how the funds were used. Hahas! That made my day. :)
Thirdly, our batch didn't really had a graduation ceremony partly because there so few of us.

Alright, let us begin. This graduation party was organised by our juniors, Secondary 3. We're having at Mr Goh's house. So cool! (Coincidentally, Ponti's house is nearby. Hahas! She totally freaked out :)

For this party, I brought along Johnston and Lera. Everyone from my batch came; Keller, Qi Xiang, Christopher, Zi Ying, and Jian Zhong all came. Yay!

I really like to thank the organisers for letting us to have such a fun time there. Good job guys and girls! :)

I remember the first game as that we split into groups and we're supposed to go treasure hunting for fragments of a photo puzzle and we're supposed to piece them up.

We, seniors sort of cheated because we have a larger than allowed group size. In our group, all seniors(that's 5, christopher was not here yet), Johnston, Lera, Mr Goh's Children (that's 2). That's a total of 9 people. Mwuhahas!

So naturally, we're one of the winning team, with the help of juniors of course. Mutual Win! :D

We had more bonding games and I'm sure Lera enjoyed her time there as well. Hahas!

Finally, we watched movies and held the graduation ceremony and many other graduating people were surprised (and touched?) followed by buffet for dinner! Wohoo!

Photo Time! ;)
Johnston and I

Johnston and I. We're going to kill this bunny if you don't comply with our demands. ROFL.
*Note: No animal were harmed in the process. XD*
Group Picture!

Group shot! Everyone's in here! Try to find Zi Ying. (No offence! :D)
Qi Xiang, Leroy, Keller

The Epic counter-attack of the Balloon Strike - Another Balloon strike. Hahas!

Not to mention a funny video that Keller has so kindly to help star in this video. Enjoy! ;)

I would also like to thank Johnston and Marcus for their wonderful birthday present. =]

Leroy, John, ZiYing, Qi Xiang, and Keller

I would like to thank Qi Xiang, Keller, and Zi Ling for buying for my Birthday. Really appreciated!

That's the end of this long post. See ya! :)

P.S: Sorry, for this super duper late post! I know it's October now and these were supposed to be post by June. Please understand that I had examinations after my holidays which really robbed of my time to post this. Well, anyway, hope you enjoyed this long post. Hahas!
