Today I baked bread again. It has been a long time since i baked bread for my family and it's challenging when trying to remember what to do.

I made a mess of kitchen(opps?) ha-ha, anyway, the floor was filled with sugar, salt, and flour due to my carelessness. :p

Used up all my bread flour. And in the end, it's kind of nice when the bread will rise after being baked for 3 hours.

Mmm, breakfast for tomorrow

This morning, the kitchen was filled with ants. OMG!, Thank god that the bread was placed on the dining table. Phew!
